At Marinios IPTV we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy explains when you’re entitled to a refund, the conditions that apply, and how to request one. By purchasing a marinios iptv subscription you agree to the terms below, which complement our Terms of Service.
If we cannot resolve a verified technical issue within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the unused portion of your marinios iptv subscription — no hard feelings.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
You may request a full or partial refund of your marinios iptv subscription within 7 days of purchase if:
- The service is completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours and our support team is unable to fix the issue.
- The streaming quality is provably below the advertised standard on a properly-configured device and a stable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps for 4K).
- You purchased the wrong plan and want to switch — we can prorate or refund the difference.
- You were billed twice for the same order due to a payment-gateway error.
2. When refunds are NOT issued
To remain sustainable, refunds cannot be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after credentials have been delivered and successfully used.
- Your local internet connection is too slow, unstable, or your device is unsupported.
- You did not follow our Setup Guide and refused troubleshooting help from our support team.
- Your account was suspended for breach of the Terms of Service (credential sharing, reselling, commercial misuse).
- You waited more than 7 days from the date of purchase to file your request.
- The refund is requested for crypto-payment subscriptions — we offer subscription credit instead.
3. How to request a refund
Follow these three steps:
Email support@mariniostv.net or message us on WhatsApp with your order email and the issue.
We’ll diagnose — usually within an hour. Most problems are solved at this stage.
If we can’t fix it, we process your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
4. Refund processing times
- Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days (depends on issuing bank).
- PayPal: 1–3 business days.
- Bank transfer / wire: up to 7 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: refunds are not available; we issue equivalent subscription credit.
5. Chargebacks
If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first — we resolve 99% of disputes amicably. Filing a chargeback before contacting support will result in immediate suspension of your marinios iptv account and may incur additional fees to recover bank-processing costs.
6. Subscription transfer & upgrade
In lieu of a refund you can always request:
- An upgrade to more devices or a longer plan, with prorated credit applied.
- A transfer of remaining time to a different email or account, free of charge.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of marinios iptv after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
