DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Last updated: May 1, 2026 · mariniostv.net
Marinios IPTV ("we", "us", "marinios iptv") respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, the "DMCA"). This page explains how copyright owners can submit a takedown notice and how affected parties can submit a counter-notice.
1. Designated DMCA Agent
All DMCA notices must be sent in writing to our designated agent. We do not accept DMCA notices by phone, WhatsApp, social media, or live chat.

- Subject line
- "DMCA Takedown Notice – mariniostv.net"
- Postal mail
- Marinios IPTV — DMCA Department, Delaware, USA
- Response time
- Within 48 hours of valid notice receipt
2. How to file a DMCA takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent of one) and believe that content available through marinios iptv infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our DMCA Agent at the address above.
Your notice must include every element listed in section 3 below. Notices missing required elements will be returned without action and will not interrupt our processing of valid notices.
3. Required elements of a valid notice
To comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your takedown notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it — ideally exact channel name, content title and timestamp.
- Your contact information: full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Our response process
Upon receipt of a properly formed DMCA notice, Marinios IPTV will:
- Acknowledge receipt by email within 48 hours.
- Forward the notice to the relevant upstream provider where the content originates.
- Where we have direct control of the delivery path, expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify any subscriber whose access has been affected, with a copy of the notice and instructions for filing a counter-notice.
Because marinios iptv is a reseller, the takedown of a specific stream is typically actioned by the upstream rights holder or licensee, not by us directly. We facilitate the process and follow up to confirm action.
5. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Send it to dmca@mariniostv.net with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party (or their agent).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant initiates legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
6. Repeat infringer policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Marinios IPTV will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of subscribers who are determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain a strict three-strikes policy: an account that receives three substantiated DMCA notices will be permanently suspended without refund.
7. False claims & penalties
Be advised that under U.S. law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) incurred by the alleged infringer, copyright owner, or service provider injured by the misrepresentation (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
We will report fraudulent notices and may seek legal remedies against parties that abuse the DMCA process.
