Troubleshooting common issues

Picture freezes or buffers

Switch your TV from Wi-Fi to Ethernet if possible — wired connections deliver the most stable 4K streams. If that’s not an option, move the router closer or use a Wi-Fi 6 mesh. Inside the app, try changing the Player to Hardware Decoder.

"Invalid login" message

Re-check the username, password and server URL — even a single trailing space causes errors. Copy them directly from the marinios iptv email rather than typing.

EPG (TV guide) is empty

Open the app, go to Settings → EPG → Refresh. The full guide loads in about a minute. If still empty, log out and log back in to refresh the data.

Audio is missing on some channels

Open the channel, press the back button, choose Audio Track and select another language stream. Some USA channels offer English plus Spanish or other tracks.

Channels load but quality is poor
